Mat explained

Mat classes are a sequence of Pilates exercises done on an exercise mat, using either just your own body, or small pieces of Pilates equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles, bands and soft over balls.

For every body

Everyone can benefit from Pilates no matter what age or fitness level. Most of the exercises can be modified and adjusted to sitting or standing if required. Pilates classes are a perfect way to stay in shape, build body confidence and are an excellent addition to any fitness regime.
