I am one of Scotland's most experienced comprehensive Pilates teachers qualifying in 2003 to teach both Mat group classes and Studio classes using the Pilates apparatus. I trained with the Pilates Foundation who have one of the most in depth and practical trainings in the UK. I originally trained as a dancer at the Laban Centre in London and have nearly 40 years experience of teaching movement to all ages and abilities.

I qualified as a Bowen Therapist in 2019 having discovered this incredible treatment years earlier when I became injured and felt that it was something that would benefit my Pilates clients. My clinic has now grown from treating my clients to now treating their families and friends of friends!
My work as a therapist was the beginning of my interest and study into the Fascial system, how we heal and how we can help ourselves to heal. I qualified as a Moving Fascia teacher in 2021 after studying with Ana Barretxeguren who created the Moving Fascia method.

My passion is to keep people moving and out of pain, to enable clients to better connect with their bodies and themselves, empowering them to make choices that best suit them. I also enjoy a bit of banter and try to bring some humour to my classes.
